01 / The Host
Meet the Feast of Nourishment Host
Feast of Nourishment is held by a small team of cooks, growers, and community builders who believe belonging can be practiced—one shared meal at a time. Each seasonal feast is shaped by what the land offers, plus the stories and recipes guests bring from home. Our host helps weave it all together: welcoming newcomers, coordinating the meal, and making sure everyone has a place at the table.
“When we cook with the season and eat side by side, strangers become neighbors.”

FAQ
Questions about the Feast
What happens at a seasonal Feast of Nourishment?
Each gathering is a shared meal on the land, shaped by the season. We cook and eat together, learn from one another’s food stories, and make space for new connections across cultures and community. Come as you are—curious, hungry, or simply seeking belonging.
Do I need to know anyone or bring a dish?
No—everyone is welcome, whether you’re coming with friends or arriving solo. Some feasts may include a potluck element, while others are fully provided; we’ll share clear details for each date. If you’d like to contribute, you can also offer a recipe, a story, or a helping hand.
How do I find out dates and reserve a spot?
When a feast is scheduled, we’ll share the date, location details, accessibility notes, and what to expect. Spots may be limited to keep the table welcoming and manageable. The simplest way to stay in the loop is to reach out through the Connect page or join updates when available.
Where are the gatherings held, and are they accessible?
Feasts are hosted outdoors or in simple shelter spaces on the land. Because each site is different, accessibility can vary. We do our best to share clear information in advance—terrain, seating, restrooms, parking, and weather plans—so you can decide what feels supportive for you.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary needs?
We want everyone to feel cared for at the table. Tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you reach out, and we’ll let you know what we can accommodate for that specific feast. We can often include vegetarian and vegan options, and we’ll always label dishes and flag common allergens when possible.
